We are happy to take on the task of preparing your annual and/or consolidated financial statements for you as a businessman or as the legal representative of a company. Thanks not least to our expert advice on accounting policy issues, you are always in a position to decide on the exercise of structuring options.
More than just the balance sheet and income statement
Every order for the preparation of annual or consolidated financial statements includes the development of the balance sheet and the income statement from the bookkeeping and, if necessary, the preparation of the associated notes and other components of the financial statements, such as a cash flow statement or a statement of changes in equity.
In addition to appropriate documentation, the high-quality preparation by our company also includes a certificate on the preparation of the financial statements and a corresponding preparation report.
Depending on the type of assignment agreed with you, we will take on more or less extensive tasks for you, which may ultimately also include reporting to shareholder and/or supervisory bodies (e.g. advisory board).
