In plant regulatory law, we assist investors from site selection to commissioning and subsequent monitoring.

The amendment of Technical Instructions on Air Quality Control, which has just been initiated by the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB), affects about 50,000 industrial plants and business establishments nationwide. One of the essential novelties will include the implementation of the recommendations for implementing the "BAT conclusions" (eleven, so far), i.e. the industry-specific guidelines on best available techniques according to EU law.
